The cost of a lawyer

The only permissible form of remuneration of a lawyer for the defense, representation or other types of legal assistance to the client is a fee (article 30 Of the law of Ukraine "on advocacy and advocacy").

The procedure for calculating the fee (fixed amount, hourly rate), the grounds for changing the amount of the fee, the procedure for its payment and other conditions are determined by the agreement on the provision of legal assistance.
